However, it is important for our Customers and Business Partners to know that Form I-9 Compliance does not ever share or sell Personal information submitted to our platforms for the purposes of completing the I-9 form or submitting to the E-Verify system. It is also important to note that the individuals for whom our customers submit personal information to complete the I-9 or E-Verify submission are not allowed to delete their information in our system as the customer, their employer, is required by U.S. law to retain the data for specific periods of time.
